Great to meet you!

You’ve been carrying more than most people see. If you live at the intersection of identities the world doesn’t always make room for — queer, neurodivergent, Black, brown, immigrant, disabled, or all of the above — the toll of exhaustion is real. And it makes sense. You deserve a space where you don’t have to earn belonging.

I support clients who want identity-affirming therapy — where no shrinking, masking, or dimming your light is required, and where growth happens in real relationship rather than performance. The clients I walk beside want to heal old wounds, come back to themselves, and rediscover self-trust.

Collaborative partnership built on shared power is at the heart of where we start. My approach is holistic addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in mindfulness, internal focusing, and self-compassion. This isn’t just about talking; it’s about feeling, exploring, and tending to your nervous system in a healing-centered, experiential way.

What to expect in your first session? No pressure, no spotlight—just a warm, steady invitation to settle in and move at your own pace. Whether we talk about your story, your favorite plant, your pet, or the last book you read, it’s all welcome here. Email me today to schedule an introductory consultation. Let’s take this step together.

My approach to therapy

Mindful, authentic, collaborative partnership—where shared power is the foundation to our work together. A holistic mind, body, spirit approach that centers internal focusing, body presence, all rooted in self compassion. This approach is healing centered and experiential allowing for depth in self discovery and trauma healing. An approach that makes room for internal shifts to root and grow at a pace that feels like healing not just talking.

What you can expect from me
