Great to meet you!

I'm a Neurodivergent (ADHD, combined type & OCD) therapist specializing in trauma, Neurodiversity, interpersonal concerns, and creative interventions. In addition to my LPC, I am also a Board-Certified Music Therapist, Registered Play Therapist, and expressive arts therapist. I'm a Doctor of Health Sciences student. I aim to meet my patients where you are and I see myself as an advocate and support on your journey. You are the expert in you -- I am here to help you reach your fullest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a humanistic, holistic, and social justice framework. This means I identify internal and external contributing factors impacting distress which provides a full picture of the work and goals we will address together. I aim to be creative and collaborative in treatment planning so you are comfortable moving forward.

What you can expect from our first session

My patients often give me feedback that they feel affirmed by how I treat them. I also get the feedback that patients feel their insight improves and their personal resourcing is enhanced. Parents of children I have worked with have stated I am a helpful advocate to other entities such as schools, case managers, and other clinicians.
