Over the last ten years, Anastasia has had the privilege of working with many teens and young adults as they navigate stressors, relationships, school, careers, life transitions and establish a greater sense of self and identity. Anastasia is collaborative with her clients and aims to work together to explore and identify the tools for reframing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors negatively impacting your life as well as help you realign with your sense of self and purpose.
