Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with a background in depth-oriented, relational psychotherapy.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, attachment patterns, anxiety, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is deeply relational and insight-oriented, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic work.

My approach to therapy

Clients often come to me when they are ready for more than surface-level coping—they want to understand themselves at a deeper level, shift long-standing patterns, and create more fulfilling, secure relationships. I offer a warm, attuned, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world while also gaining practical tools for real-life change. My work is especially supportive for high-functioning individuals who may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy.

I believe that therapy is not just about healing what hurts, but about expanding your capacity for connection, clarity, and a more meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to slow down, connect, and begin understanding what brings you to therapy—at your pace.

I focus on creating a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to share openly. Rather than rushing into solutions, we begin by exploring your current challenges, your history, and the patterns that may be shaping your experiences—especially in relationships.

You can expect thoughtful, attuned questions that help clarify what you’re going through and what you’re truly needing. Many clients leave the first session already feeling a sense of relief, insight, or being deeply understood.

We will also begin identifying your goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, processing grief, or creating more balance and fulfillment in your life. Together, we’ll outline a direction for our work that feels aligned, intentional, and realistic.

If you’re coming in as a couple, I create a structured yet supportive space where both partners feel heard, while also helping you understand the dynamics between you and how to shift them.

My goal in the first session is not just to gather information, but to help you feel that you’re in the right place—with someone who truly sees you and can guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.
