Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story. I want to know yours. Are you feeling unfulfilled in your current relationships? I specialize in working with couples and individuals experiencing high conflict and relationship stress and understand your desire to feel understood and accepted. I have specialized training and experience navigating the areas of infidelity, relationship concerns, sexual compatibility, infertility, trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions and communication skills.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in attachment theory. So much of how we understand ourselves and others comes from our experience with the world around us and our earliest relationships. I work from a person-centered, solution focused approach, intent on meeting my clients where they are with compassion, curiosity, and creativity. I utilize various theoretical interventions depending on client goals, and am sex positive, body positive, trauma informed and identity affirming.

What you can expect from our first session

I know searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Reaching out can feel difficult. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship with you that feels safe so that you feel heard. I offer a judgment-free space that will support you in building fulfilling relationships and creating the happiness you deserve.
