Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I work with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I specialize in personality disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life more effectively. I specialize in personality disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, working with diverse clients including LGBTQ+ individuals, adults, adolescents, families, and couples.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring techniques to each client’s unique needs to foster resilience, improve coping skills, and promote personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding the challenges that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and goals, and together we’ll start to explore the best approach to support your growth. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of our first session, you can expect a clearer sense of direction, potential strategies for coping, and a collaborative plan for moving forward.
