Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions including perinatal and postpartum, relationship concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices to promote meaningful growth and lasting change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life they want to live! I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your strengths, and identifying the goals you hope to achieve. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so we'll work together to create a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.
