Great to meet you!

My career started in foster care, low-resourced areas, schools, and medical and psychiatric hospitals. From there, I knew I wanted to focus on emotional health and growth on an individual level. I provide services in IL and TX.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to see the human in you first. I utilize a person-centered/trauma-informed approach where I allow you to take the lead and prioritize the things you want to address, as there is no size fits all in therapy. My certification as a yoga instructor and passion for spirituality allows me to bring a holistic perspective into treatment, where I often make connections between the mind and body.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a non-threatening and accepting environment where you feel heard, validated, and understood in a way that helps you focus on how you became the person you are and allow you to strive to be the person you want to be. Clients can leave sessions feeling grounded, hopeful, and empowered.
