Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with teenagers and adults navigating the highs and lows of everyday life. I especially enjoy working with teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where people can openly express themselves, explore their experiences, and prioritize their emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe counseling should feel collaborative, supportive, and personalized to your needs. Therapy is your space — a place where you can communicate freely while also feeling encouraged, challenged, and supported. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences, identify goals, and build healthy coping strategies for lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. During our first few sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing your concerns, and creating a plan tailored to your goals. Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to, and I strive to help each person feel comfortable, respected, and understood throughout their journey.
