Great to meet you!
I’m Andi, and I bring an attentive, warm, and empowering style to therapy, grounded in core values of collaboration, compassion, and resilience.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and my Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky.
Professionally, I’m passionate about helping people navigate life transitions and the stress, anxiety, and uncertainty that can come with them, while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. Andi answers I especially enjoy working with college students/young adults, moms, and military spouses, and I bring personal understanding to this work as someone who identifies as a mother and veteran, with a family connected to the military.
In terms of treatment areas, I commonly support clients experiencing anxiety and depression, and I also work with concerns related to pregnancy/perinatal/postpartum and life transitions. Andi answers Above all, clients should know that my approach is collaborative, we work together to identify goals and build skills in a way that feels supportive and aligned with what matters most to you.
