Great to meet you!

My name is Andie (she/her)- I'm a trauma-informed, neurodivergent, queer and transgender- affirming therapist empowering clients to create a life that feels expansive, solid, and meaningfully connected.

I have 10+ years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions, and coping with impacts of systemic stressors. I earned my master's in counseling at Antioch University-Seattle.

My approach to therapy

How I show up in session is warm, calm but present, authentic, and human. I approach goals with non-judgmental curiosity. It's important to me that our work together centers your autonomy and choice, while finding balance in challenging and disrupting unhelpful patterns or narratives. Therapy can also be exploratory- as you grow and change, our focus and goals grow and adjust alongside you!

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me start with mostly getting to know each other! Good therapy starts with a good fit, so this session is a chance for you to get a sense of how things feel and ask questions. I guide us toward getting a sense of your history, what challenges you're currently experiencing, and to get a sense of what you're hoping to work towards.
