Great to meet you!

After working as a survivor advocate for many years, I transitioned into my role as a therapist with the recognition that people have an incredible capacity for healing and change. My strengths include identifying and managing anxiety and depression. I also work with people impacted by trauma to undo the unhealthy patterns that can result, and unlock their potential to live a healthy and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My work with each client begins with an in-depth discussion of who they are and what is bringing them to me. We identify strengths and areas for improvement, then we work together to create a plan for therapy, including short term and long term goals.

What you can expect from me

The most important thing clients take from a session with me is the feeling of being heard and understood. They should also have an expectation for their next meeting with me, as well as a general idea of the long term plan for therapy.
