Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a distinctive approach that blends traditional psychotherapy with the transformative tools of Integrative Health, Archetypal Astrology, Tarot, and Mysticism. My work centers on identity development and helping individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves. I offer a model of therapy that goes beyond surface-level change using my proprietary Mirrored Self Method. At the core of my work is a deep reverence for each person’s path. I create a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where all aspects of the Self are welcomed. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper sense of purpose, I serve as a compassionate guide on your journey toward wholeness, empowerment, and authentic self-expression.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, spiritual, and proprietary. I get beneath the surface level change that most traditional therapy approaches offer by tapping into ancient and mystical practices for more depth and access to the unconscious. My work is for people who have done the work to understand patterns and the issues causing suffering, but still wonder “now what?” I help you apply the work you have done so you can find the purpose and meaning of why you’re here. This integrative, multidimensional process honors the complexity of who you are — mind, body, heart, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me often leave with more than just relief from immediate symptoms — they walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

Here’s what you can expect to gain from our work together:

  • Greater Self-Awareness Understand your patterns, emotions, and motivations on a deeper level — including the unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.
  • Emotional Healing & Clarity Move through grief, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions with more groundedness and resilience.
  • Authentic Identity Development Reconnect with your most authentic self — not the one shaped by conditioning or expectation, but the one rooted in your truth.
  • Empowerment & Agency Shift from feeling stuck or reactive to feeling intentional, capable, and in alignment with your values.
  • Spiritual Insight & Integration Explore your inner landscape through both psychological and mystical lenses, gaining intuitive clarity and a renewed sense of meaning.
  • Practical Tools for Growth Receive grounded, actionable tools — from thought-based strategies to soulful rituals — that support integration, self-care, and personal expansion.
  • A Safe, Sacred Space Feel seen, supported, and gently challenged in a space where all aspects of you are welcome — intellect, emotion, spirit, and shadow.
