Great to meet you!

I have spent the last 7 years working with diverse clients supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, anger, depression, life transitions, relationship problems, grief and trauma. I enjoy helping my clients get from where they are to where they want to be using evidence based practices.

My approach to therapy

I use a flexible approach to therapy from a range of evidence based modalities to meet unique needs of children adolescents and adults. My aim is to support meaningful, sustainable change and help clients move towards a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who they want to be.

What you can expect from me

In the first session clients can expect to be in a space where they feel supported and welcome. This is the time we will use to identify challenges and current issues that are leading to negative outcomes. In the initial meeting we start to build rapport, and create a foundation for a supportive collaborative relationship.
