Great to meet you!

I am is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Connecticut. I have 9 years of experience working with adults individually and in groups. I specializes in depression, anxiety, and women’s emotional wellness. I also has extensive experience with all types of interpersonal relationship issues, complex trauma, grief, and working with first responders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe each one of us is unique and one style of treatment does not fit all. I use an eclectic style of therapy utilizing a diverse set of evidence based treatments, with cognitive and behavioral therapies as central methods. In collaboration with you, I will pull in other treatment modalities such as brief psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based therapies, internal family systems, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope for you is that you see strengths hidden within you. Strengths to build upon and discover hope, stability, and the means to move through difficult life moments. Goals are based on your needs and wants to assist you in deriving meaning from life experiences or to develop tools for any struggles.I believe that counseling is a relationship experience AND a collaborative experience. I want you to experience your truth and be able to express it without feelings of judgment.
