Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York providing telehealth therapy for teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I also have a particular interest in working with veterans, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and individuals feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel understood without pressure or judgment. Therapy is collaborative, focused on understanding what’s keeping you stuck and building practical tools to help you move forward.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs to support lasting change, improved coping, and greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every individual is unique, shaped by their life experiences, personality, and goals. Because of this, I tailor each session to fit your specific needs, concerns, and life context.

You are the expert on your own life, and I honor the fact that you know what’s most important to you—whether it’s a challenge you're facing, a decision you're making, or an area you’d like to grow in.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self, explore what’s holding you back, and work through obstacles at your own pace.

Whether we’re addressing a specific issue or simply helping you build greater clarity and insight, I’m here to support you as we navigate the path to your best self.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist you can connect with is key to any successful therapeutic journey, and I strive to provide a safe, open space where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself.

During our sessions, you can expect to feel heard, validated, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are—whether you're facing specific challenges or seeking overall personal growth—and work together on the areas of your life that matter most to you.

After each session, clients often report a sense of clarity, emotional relief, or a deeper understanding of their experiences. You will have the space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, and leave feeling more equipped to navigate the complexities of your life.

Ultimately, I want you to feel empowered to take action toward positive change, with a renewed sense of confidence, insight, and self-compassion. Our work together is focused on helping you find balance, healing, and a path forward that aligns with your values and goals.
