Great to meet you!

Welcome! I know firsthand that reaching this page might not have been easy, and I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker—and a fellow human—my practice is grounded in integrity, self-determination, and peace. I specialize in supporting BIPOC clients ages 18+ who are on a journey to rediscover their most authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

Disclaimer: I’m not an expert on everything (or on your life), but I am a dedicated listener, a thoughtful challenger, and a committed supporter. I’m always learning, growing, and sharpening the knowledge I do hold.

What you can expect from me

Our journey begins with an introductory session—a space for you to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and chart a path forward. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe to be open and vulnerable while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively to turn your goals into reality.

Most importantly, if at any point you feel I’m not the right fit for your therapeutic needs, trust yourself—we can work together to find someone who is. You deserve the support that truly serves you.
