My aim is to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, what they mean, and how they relate to your present-day struggles and challenges. I understand that each client faces unique challenges and needs to work on themselves at their own pace, I approach every client with an open mind, and never makes any assumptions about your life experience.

I have been practicing for over 7 years in a variety of settings. I come from a client centered approach by treating the whole person utilizing the bio psychosocial model of treatment and I utilize a wide range of evidence-based approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and Individual Therapy.

Together, we will work to deepen your awareness, understanding of your desires, patterns of relating, so you may experience a more authentic and fulfilling life.
