Great to meet you!

At different points in our life, we each find a need to address emotions and feelings. These anxious, overwhelming, and sad thoughts can be difficult to face alone.

Sometimes, these thoughts and emotions are from the everyday hardships of life that just seem to keep getting harder. Work-life balance, keeping up with expectations, and maintaining overall wellness sometimes just doesn’t seem possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we will work to find the place where your emotions are coming from. I will work with you to recognize what areas of your life you are struggling with most and help implement strategies for maintaining your overall wellness.

The first step in balancing and working through life’s maze may be difficult. But you don’t have to face it alone.

What you can expect from our first session

You realize that now is time to take care of you. You are burnt out, stressed, and flowing with feelings that you aren’t sure where they are even coming from.

Now is time for you to get the support you need and deserve. After all, you have been there for everyone else: it’s time to be there for you.
