Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, chronic illness, caregiving challenges, and major life transitions.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we explore the experiences that have shaped you while identifying practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. I have a special interest in working with older adults and individuals navigating aging-related concerns, health challenges, loss, and changing family roles.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and use evidence-based approaches that help clients build on their strengths rather than focus solely on their struggles. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe lasting change happens when people feel empowered to recognize their strengths and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy while incorporating strengths-based and motivational approaches. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop practical coping skills, and build on what's already working in your life.

Whether you're managing anxiety, coping with grief, adjusting to a health diagnosis, navigating caregiving responsibilities, or feeling stuck during a life transition, therapy can help you gain clarity, resilience, and confidence. I strive to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs, values, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to achieve through counseling.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of how therapy can help. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, depression, or a major life change, we'll work together to identify your strengths and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can share at your own pace. Therapy is a partnership, and we'll work together to help you move toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
