Great to meet you!

I am a warm, empowering, and energetic therapist with extensive clinical experience in individual therapy and family counseling. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and solution-focused, allowing me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client while fostering a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment.

My approach to therapy

I am a PhD-level clinician trained at Yeshiva University, where I specialized in perinatal mental health and the mother–child relationship. I also hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, with advanced training in psychotherapy, addiction counseling, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I have a special passion for supporting mothers through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, the before and after, and early parenting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive- I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

Whether in the therapy room or through academia, my mission is to help individuals and families find clarity, healing, and strength. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel understood and empowered, and I strive to bring that energy into every session.
