Great to meet you!

I am a warm, empowering, and energetic therapist with extensive clinical experience in individual therapy and family counseling. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and solution-focused, allowing me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client while fostering a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work specializing in Psychotherapy and Addiction Counseling with a concentration in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from New York University. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at Yeshiva University. While I work with individuals from all walks of life, I have a special focus on maternal well-being and child development. My goal is to provide a warm, culturally responsive space where you feel supported, empowered, and truly heard.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether in the therapy room or through academia, my mission is to help individuals and families find clarity, healing, and strength. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel understood and empowered, and I strive to bring that energy into every session.
