My educational and professional background includes a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Counseling followed by a Masters Degree in Social Work. My clinical experience ranges from work with children and families to adults in a wide range of clinical settings and roles over the past 15 years I have served in the field of mental health. Advanced trainings and certifications have supported my area of specialization in trauma while working with children and families.

My approach to therapy

It is my passion to serve as a healing support for others. My goal in each and every session is to create a safe and supportive environment for open exploration of your thoughts and feelings to encourage personal growth and empowerment consistent with your determined goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and modalities to support your personal growth through a lens that is sensitive to trauma exposure and family dynamics.
