Great to meet you!

We are all capable of healing and growth. We simply need to know how & where to begin. My name is Andrea DiBlasi, I'm a Licensed Counselor & Supervisor. Since 2010, I've worked with clients of varying ages & therapeutic needs. Therapy is a co-creative process based on mutual trust, respect, & honesty. The objective is to cultivate a warm & trusting environment where you feel safe to explore any patterns of thought, behavior, and/or emotion that no longer serving you. As your therapist, I'll utilize empathy, compassion & inquiry to guide you to new insights, uncover the story beneath the patterns & discover the answers held within.

My approach to therapy

As a multi-faceted clinician from both Eastern & Western disciplines, I'm able to serve clients in mind, body & spirit. The use of presence, compassion and inquiry guides our talk therapy experience. Additionally, I utilize mind-body practices to assist clients in self soothing, developing mental and body awareness, and fostering a connection back to self. These practices include: mindfulness, meditation, visualization, breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, body scans and more.

Although I specialize in anxiety, addiction & trauma, the mind-body integrative framework used can create results for the majority of therapeutic needs. The aim is to reduce overwhelm & create a safe space to explore deep within & create lasting change in your life.I serve individuals struggling with cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and/or relational patterns that are harmful to their wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include the review of policy, procedures and intake documents. The goal is for us to get better acquainted, establish therapeutic rapport and collaborate to establish treatment goals. I aim to provide a warm and inviting environment where the client feels emotionally safe to share openly about themselves and their experience.
