Great to meet you!

Seeking deeper connection, balance, or clarity in your relationships or personal life? I’m here to help you move through anxiety, relational stress, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. I specialize in working with women and couples navigating communication challenges, boundary setting, and emotional overwhelm.

Whether you’re managing the stress of daily life, rebuilding after a breakup, or hoping to reconnect as a couple, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your story and find meaningful, lasting change. My approach blends CBT, Gestalt therapy, and mind-body techniques to help you feel more empowered and in tune with yourself and others.

I offer both individual and couples counseling, and I welcome all stages of partnership—from premarital and parenting to separation support. I also include partnered sessions for individuals when helpful, to practice communication skills and relational healing.

Sessions are available online or in person in either Gettysburg or at my serene Aspers farm office in Adams County, PA.

My approach to therapy

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step in life or love? I specialize in helping women and couples reconnect with themselves and each other, move through transitions, and create more meaningful, intentional lives.

My primary approach is Gestalt therapy—a powerful method that helps you tune into your emotions, energy, and the deeper patterns just beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore not just what you say, but what your body and emotions are telling us. This work supports lasting change by helping you experience and integrate all parts of yourself.

Whether you're navigating a relationship shift, career uncertainty, or a desire for something more fulfilling, I offer space to heal, grow, and realign with your true self.

Sessions are available via telehealth, in-person in Gettysburg, or at my Aspers farm office, where we can incorporate grounding practices and animal-assisted support to enhance your healing process.

I offer flexible availability based on client needs—so if you don’t see a time that works, please reach out. I’d love to support your journey forward.

What you can expect from me

If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about your next step—in life or in your relationship—therapy with me offers a space to reconnect with your truest self.

Together, we’ll explore what feels “off,” identify patterns that no longer serve you, and gently bring awareness to the places where you feel stuck. This process helps you create new ways of living that feel more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you truly are.

Clients often walk away from sessions feeling lighter—more centered, more aware, and more empowered to make meaningful changes in their relationships and daily life. Whether you're working through communication issues, life transitions, or the search for deeper purpose, our work supports lasting emotional clarity and connection.

Let’s close the gap between where you are and where you want to be—starting this week.
