Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience, I help clients reclaim their sense of safety, identity, and emotional well-being. My work has spanned community mental health, higher education, substance use treatment, healthcare, child protection, and veteran services. Much of my career has been devoted to supporting survivors of interpersonal violence, trauma, and major life transitions. I provide a grounding, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and learn skills that move them toward healing and empowerment. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, nuanced, and rooted in being truly seen and heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I provide a safe space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and build practical tools for healing and growth. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. I’m here to walk with you, at your pace.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself, I’m here to help.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I show up without judgment, without pretense, and with deep respect for your story. I use trauma-informed approaches that help you understand patterns, build new skills, and reconnect with your sense of safety and self. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and explore who you are becoming. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any questions you have about the process.
