I've been in the counseling field for 20 years, as a school counselor, crisis counselor and therapist. I provide a warm, accepting, caring environment. I believe everyone has a beautiful story to tell and I am honored to help process it.
My approach is client centered. I regularly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, attachment, and solution focused approaches. I provide empathy, companionship and validation.
My clients can expect to feel seen and heard. When they leave, they will be cared for, empowered, and less alone.
