Great to meet you!

I am a therapist experienced in treating children, teens and adults. I have worked in residential, school-based and clinic settings, in addition to private practice. I am fundamentally client-centered, in that while I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, my clients' unique needs and preferences are paramount. We all heal and grow in different ways, and I cultivate relationships with my clients where feedback and collaboration are encouraged.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and compassionate. Humor, tears, and everything in between are welcomed in our sessions. I offer a space to be seen and heard, while also offering specific tools and strategies to support you towards your goals. I have special interest in the areas of anxiety, work/life balance, life transitions, and maternal mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope my clients walk away from our sessions better able to offer themselves kindness and encouragement, rather than the harsh criticism many of us know too well. Our therapy sessions serve as a practice ground for calling attention towards what is most important in life, while also inviting more self-compassion during the inevitable challenges that arise along the way.
