I take a person-centered approach to assist individuals in navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered, integrating evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and EFT-informed techniques. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while building practical tools for healing and growth. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
