Great to meet you!

Starting this therapeutic process can bring about a mix of emotions, ranging from excitement to feelings of unease and ambivalence. However you show up, I will welcome you into a warm supportive space where we can get to know each other and collaboratively develop a plan for healing. Compassion and curiosity are the guiding forces in my therapeutic approach. I strive to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to express themselves freely and authentically.

My approach to therapy

For over 15 years, I’ve helped hundreds of folks who have endured trauma to regain emotional safety and reclaim their power. EMDR’s uniquely structured application of bilateral stimulation and experiential recall jump starts the brain's natural adaptive processing system. You won’t forget the memory, but it will no longer be activating or triggering.

What you can expect from me

Finally, you can heal. EMDR works directly on your brain, reducing your anxiety, fostering self-acceptance, and calming your nervous system so you can get your confidence back and enjoy authentic connections with others and yourself.
