Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the weight of daily stress? It can be incredibly draining to feel like you’re just "getting through the day" rather than truly living it. I’m here to tell you that you don't have to carry that burden alone. I provide a warm, empathetic space where we can identify those heavy "pain points" and work together toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based practices, including trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while remaining flexible and responsive to what you bring into each session. Rather than following a rigid formula, I work with you to notice patterns, clarify beliefs, rethink unhelpful self-talk, and build resilience and self-compassion at a pace that feels sustainable.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a culturally attuned space where Spanish-speaking clients can feel deeply understood without needing to overexplain cultural context. I hold values such as family, responsibility, resilience, and strength with care—recognizing how these values can both support and complicate emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to begin working together in a thoughtful, grounded way. We’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, what support feels most helpful right now, and how I approach our work together. We’ll move at your pace, identifying small, steady steps that can help you better manage whatever life is asking of you.

Over time, I help clients become more realistic with themselves and others, kinder toward their own struggles, and more able to face challenges without feeling overwhelmed or defeated.

Change here isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building something meaningful and lasting.
