She is a transgender woman who is specialized in helping individual in the LGBTQ+ community. Andrea (she/her/hers) provides culturally responsive individual therapy, child psychotherapy, couples and family counseling, LGBTQ+ fluent counseling, and transhealth specialized counseling. She utilizes Gender-affirming Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) interventions to help out her patients. She adheres to the WPATH SOC-7(World Professional Association for Trans-Health:Standards of Care 8) while abiding by the ACA Code of Ethics.
Clients get the value of having an LGBTQ+ Safe Place that is non-judgmental and has no religious bias. This space is also designated as a transgender and nonbinary Safe Space for therapy sessions.
