Great to meet you!

Hi, although I work in several areas of need, I specialize in working with teens and adults with ADHD, autism, and learning differences. Clients often describe me as funny, empathetic, and easy to talk to.

As a long time school-based therapist, I understand that many neurodivergent individuals have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or frustrated by expectations that don't align with how they think and learn.

My goal is to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for navigating everyday challenges.

My approach style uses humor, collaborative, compassionate, and is tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership/team, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without judgment.

Whether you're struggling with executive functioning, school or work demands, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, or the impact of a recent diagnosis, we'll work together to identify meaningful goals and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, learning differences, burnout, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on helping clients build systems that work for their brains.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current challenges, strengths, goals, and any experiences related to ADHD, autism, learning differences, school, work, relationships, or daily life.

My approach is warm, funny, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. There is no pressure to share everything at once or have your thoughts perfectly organized.

Together, we'll identify what's working, what's feeling difficult, and what you'd like to gain from therapy.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together, and we'll begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
