Great to meet you!

You should know that I deeply respect how much you are already carrying.

I work best with women who are capable, thoughtful, and self-aware, yet privately struggling with overwhelm, mental clutter, and chronic stress. Many of my clients have spent years blaming themselves for not being more organized, focused, or calm, despite trying everything.

I bring an ADHD-informed, nervous-system-focused lens to therapy, with a strong understanding of how midlife hormonal shifts can intensify anxiety, burnout, and cognitive overload. I am warm, direct, and practical. I will never minimize your experience or ask you to simply “try harder.”

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We focus on relief, clarity, and sustainability so life feels less exhausting and more manageable. You do not need to earn rest or prove how hard things are here. You are already enough, and we build from there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, practical, and deeply validating. I work with highly capable women who are used to functioning, achieving, and holding everything together, even while feeling internally overwhelmed, scattered, or on the edge of burnout.

Therapy with me focuses on helping you understand how your brain actually works, especially when ADHD traits and midlife hormonal shifts amplify anxiety, mental overload, and exhaustion. Rather than trying to force systems or strategies that were never designed for you, we work with your nervous system and your natural wiring.

We start by slowing things down. When your nervous system feels safer and more regulated, clarity comes easier, focus improves, and daily life becomes more manageable. Sessions blend nervous system regulation, ADHD-informed support, and practical tools you can actually use in real life. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel steadier, less depleted, and more in control without pushing harder or doing more.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space where you can finally exhale.

We will talk about what feels most overwhelming right now, not just the symptoms, but the mental load, pressure, and constant sense of having too much to track. You do not need to organize your thoughts ahead of time or know exactly what to say. I help guide the conversation so it feels grounding, not stressful.

You can expect to leave your first session feeling more understood, less alone, and with a clearer sense of why things feel harder right now. We will begin identifying patterns related to ADHD traits, anxiety, burnout, and hormonal changes, and start calming your nervous system so you are not operating in constant survival mode.

This is not a one-size-fits-all intake. It is the beginning of creating a therapeutic process that fits your brain, your life, and the stage you are in.
