Great to meet you!

Hi there! Yay for you and your choosing to participate in therapy! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. My specialties include navigating life changes, stress management, and gaining clarity for next steps.

I earned my Masters in Counseling degree at California State University, Fullerton and have been working in mental health over 15 years.

My experience includes community mental health, inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment programs, clinic based therapy services, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

Our work will always be collaborative. I come alongside you to highlights strengths you might not be seeing and find a fresh perspective in areas in which folks sometimes feel stuck. I value building rapport with you and helping you feel safe and supported.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you might just realize that you are more capable than you think and can move more smoothly between thoughts, feelings, and actions. We may highlight community resources that are available for support and find and identify ways to engage with those additional community connections. Through this process you can identify what is important to you, what really matters to you, and begin to move in that direction.
