Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. My background includes experience in community mental health settings and private practice where I have supported clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work especially well with women who are navigating high stress and pressure, helping them find balance, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their own sense of self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space where clients feel seen and supported. Outside of therapy, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and spending time with my dogs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and collaborative space where we get to know one another. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin exploring what feels most important to you right now. My priority is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as we start building a foundation for your work in therapy.
