Great to meet you!

Together, we can work to identify and address the root causes of your pain in a safe, supportive, and faith-centered space. Because therapy has been a deeply life-changing part of my own Christian journey, I understand how much courage it takes to ask for help. I am especially passionate about walking alongside those who feel overwhelmed by doubt, trauma, anxiety, depression, confusion, questions about God, shame, grief, or other emotional struggles. I understand how heavy life can feel when you are simply trying to make it through each day, and I also know the hope and healing that can come with the right support. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and begin experiencing greater peace, freedom, and wholeness.

I specialize in trauma and have worked with teens, families, marriages, and individual adults in counseling agencies since 2015. I am trained in most trauma focused evidence based therapy models: IFS, TF-CBT, DBT, EMT, Existential, Somatic, and others.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Point University in 2007, Masters degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in 2014, and a Board Certified Professional Christian and Pastoral Counselor through American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with hope, authenticity, and compassion, offering care that is client-centered, non-judgmental, warm, and practical. I use an eclectic therapy model that allows me to personalize care to each client’s unique goals, needs, and thoughtfully integrate therapeutic approaches that best support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as we work together toward meaningful growth and lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time to slow down, feel welcomed, and know that you don’t have to walk through this season alone. I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can openly share your story, concerns, and what has brought you here.

Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, identify your goals, and begin to understand the areas where you desire healing, growth, and greater peace. I believe faith can be an important part of the healing journey. With your comfort and permission, we may incorporate prayer, Scripture, and biblical principles as we seek God’s wisdom and guidance.

Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, valued, and treated with grace and respect. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling encouraged, understood, and reminded that there is hope for your journey.
