Great to meet you!

I am an LICSW in MA working with adult individuals who are ready to make positive life changes. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, adjustment to life changes, relationship challenges, grief, parenting/ caregiver stress, and that general “stuck” feeling. I work together with you, offering a safe space to process issues in your life that may be holding you back, engage in thoughtful problem solving, and help you build coping skills to move forward with your personal goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a strength-based, non-judgmental approach, utilizing elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help people recognize their strengths, explore their barriers, and navigate life's challenges

What you can expect from our first session

The hardest part was taking the step to reach out for help. I can start where you're at and help you move forward. You can expect a non judgmental, supportive therapeutic relationship that will help you find the strengths to better cope.
