Great to meet you!

You’re here because you’re ready for change. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps highly driven individuals navigate overthinking, perfectionism, anxiety, and the effects of past trauma. If burnout or depression are weighing you down, I can help you find relief and clarity. Your healing starts with a single conversation—don’t wait to take that step.

My approach to therapy

I start by getting to know you and understanding what matters most in your life. Together, we create a plan with realistic goals that support real, meaningful change. Early sessions often focus on finding relief from stress or gaining clarity around decisions, while ongoing work helps uncover patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships—so you can understand yourself better and feel more connected and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your experiences, challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll listen carefully and ask questions to understand your unique needs, and together we’ll start identifying goals and a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions about me and the process, so you can feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Finally, I’ll provide at least one practical tool you can use right away to start feeling better.
