I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 18 years in the counseling field. My Master's degree is from Fuller Theological Seminary, School of Psychology. I have worked as a therapist for all ages in a variety of settings. I specialize in working with young adults, and women facing life transitions and need a safe space to navigate challenges.
My main goal as your therapist is to provide a nurturing, non-judgmental and warm environment in which you can explore your individual needs. I use a collaborative approach in which we will work at your pace to accomplish your goals.
During our first session I will introduce the initial process of therapy and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this process. Starting your own mental health treatment can seem daunting at first, and I want to make it as comfortable as possible.
