Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Andrea Joyce, a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Willow Collective. I’ve been part of the practice since my practicum, and I feel grateful to continue growing alongside the families and individuals I serve.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education, which deeply informs my work today. I specialize in supporting families as they navigate behavior concerns, caregiving challenges, communication difficulties, and life transitions. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, helping clients build practical tools to manage symptoms and feel more grounded in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and personalized approach to therapy. I believe each person’s story is unique, and I tailor our work together to fit your specific needs and goals. My aim is to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, and any goals you may have. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you set the pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable with the direction we’ll take together.
