Great to meet you!

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you do not have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve support. At Be Still Therapy Services LLC, I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be heard without judgment.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and discover your strengths, even in life’s most difficult seasons. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults seeking healing, resilience, and lasting change.

I believe emotional health is deeply connected to the mind, body, and spirit, and I work collaboratively with you to explore these connections in meaningful and practical ways.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, I blend clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people grow, heal, and move toward a life of purpose.

Whether you are facing a difficult season or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, you do not have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from approaches that support emotional healing, self-awareness, practical coping skills, and meaningful personal growth. For clients who desire it, I offer faith-integrated counseling, thoughtfully incorporating Christian principles while honoring each individual's beliefs.

Together, we will focus on building insight, strengthening resilience, and developing effective strategies that help you navigate challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your unique story and pace while creating an environment where healing and clarity can unfold naturally.

Your first session will focus on taking time to learn about you, your experiences, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I want the process to feel collaborative and supportive from the very beginning.

One phrase I often share with clients is: you are the expert on you. I believe therapy works best when we honor your voice, your lived experience, and your goals. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, explore what matters most in your healing process, and work together to identify meaningful steps toward growth, clarity, and balance.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you along the way.
