Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of experience in the field of social work, I bring a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and care. My faith is an important part of my life and helps guide my values of compassion and service, while I remain open and respectful of all beliefs and backgrounds. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology, which has shaped both my clinical understanding and my passion for helping people grow.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to best meet your individual needs. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative—we’ll work together as partners to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your unique story and pace, while creating an environment where healing and clarity can unfold naturally. Your first session will be focused on taking time to learn about you and what you hope to achieve through therapy. A phrase I always say to my clients is that you are the expert on you! I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m honored to be part of that journey. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you along the way.
