Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with adults at all stages of life - whether you're starting a new job, healing from a breakup or loss, settling into a new city, navigating the challenges of early adulthood or retirement, or feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. Whatever the change or transition, you don't have to go through it alone. Having a trusted, nonjudgemental space to explore what's on your mind with a professional, can make all the difference.

I earned my master's degree in Social Service Administration with a clinical emphasis from the University of Chicago. For many years, I kept my private practice intentionally small so I could provide highly personalized care, while also leading mental health programs in business settings. This blend of experiences helps me bring both deep clinical insight and practical, real-world perspective to our work together.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, open space where you will feel truly welcomed, seen, and supported. Clients often describe me as genuine, grounded, and emotionally attuned. I deeply value each person's lived experience, and I believe that healing comes through a blend of meaningful discussion, fresh perspective, and - when the moment is right - a bit of humor.

Originally from Chicago, I bring warmth, honesty and straightforwardness to my work. My goal is to create a space where you can explore what's on your mind without pressure or pretense, knowing that you will be met with respect, openness, and care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and create a comfortable space where you can share what's on your mind. Together, we'll explore what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. As our work continues, we will gently unpack your thoughts and feelings, helping you reconnect with your strengths and approach life's challenges in a way that feels true to you. You'll have the freedom to gain fresh perspectives, see familiar situations in a new light, and develop practical tools to move forward from the places you have felt stuck - supported every step of the way.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and more equipped to navigate life with confidence and self-compassion. Over time, our work can help you feel more grounded in who you are and more hopeful about where you're headed.
