Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who helps people navigate life transitions, heal from painful experiences, and build healthier, more connected relationships. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and the impact of domestic violence, and I believe that asking for help is a true act of courage. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and secure space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore what you are going through, and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful about your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from client-centered and strengths-based counseling, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will focus on your natural resilience while I offer practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you manage difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will gently explore what brings you to therapy now, as well as important pieces of your story—your background, relationships, work life, and current supports. We will talk through any history of trauma and complete a mental health check-in so we can create a care plan that fits you. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and the goals that matter most to you.
