Seeking mental health care is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care tailored to your unique life experience.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Colorado and have been working in psychiatric mental health since 2012. My clinical background spans a wide range of settings—including inpatient adult and pediatric units, emergency psychiatric services, and outpatient care. Before launching my private practice, I also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine, an experience that deeply shaped my trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to care.
Populations Served & Areas of Focus
I work with adults navigating a variety of challenges, including:
- Anxiety and Panic Disorders
- Depression and Mood Disorders
- ADHD and Executive Functioning Struggles
- Trauma, Stress, and Major Life Transitions
Whether you are considering medication for the first time or looking to optimize an existing treatment plan, I integrate neurobiological expertise with compassionate, practical guidance to help you reach relief and balance.
