Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eleven years of experience helping adults navigate life's complexities. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, women's issues, and the heavy emotional weight of end-of-life care. I have a particular focus on helping adults process the lingering effects of childhood trauma on their current relationships, as well as supporting individuals who are navigating life with late-diagnosed autism. Using a holistic and deeply client-centered approach, I tailor my therapeutic techniques to honor your unique experiences and personal goals. My ultimate aim is to empower you, providing a safe, open-minded environment to guide your journey toward genuine healing and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is deeply holistic and empowering, grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from understanding the whole person. Through our collaborative work, you will become more aware of how you may be impacted by the circumstances of your childhood and the subconscious patterns that were created from those early experiences. I want to help you cultivate a profound understanding of yourself and how you naturally relate to the people around you. I actively listen to your goals and empower you to make the meaningful changes necessary to heal from past wounds. Together, we will untangle these old patterns so you can confidently move forward into a healthier, more balanced, and deeply satisfying life.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help takes courage, and I want our first meeting to feel like a safe, welcoming space. From the moment we begin, you can expect to not only be heard but truly listened to with warmth, empathy, and compassion. During our initial session, we will gently review your personal history to get a full picture of who you are and what brings you to therapy. From there, we will begin to map out solutions tailored to your unique life situation and lay the groundwork for the healing process. My goal is for you to leave our very first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful as we work together to help you create the identity and life you desire in the world.
