Great to meet you!

My personality is warm & friendly; I have a natural approach to eliciting emotional honesty. Appropriate humor and an inquisitive dialogue bring deep real issues to light. My primary goal is for us to build a safe & trusting relationship. I strive to understand your 'reality' from your perspective. The therapy is more interactive and conversational. I find clients appreciate feedback and insightful questioning. I can offer you a meaningful & dynamic relationship. Gratefully, I've witnessed amazing transformations with hard working individuals, couples & families.

My approach to therapy

My passion is to identify your unhealthy coping strategies that keep you stuck. With more self awareness, acceptance & compassion you can attend to your unmet emotional needs. An out growth of self compassion is more compassion and forgiveness for others, even those more difficult to connect to.

What you can expect from me

Primarily, I treat anxiety, depression & mood disorders. My professional training includes in-depth work with co-dependency, domestic violence/sexual assault, chronic low self-esteem, people pleasing as well as family enmeshment. I can help put your life more into perspective, seeing the bigger picture and helping you let go of resentment and self hatred.
