Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to helping adults work through anxiety, relationship difficulties, life changes, and the complexities of neurodivergent experiences with greater clarity and confidence.

I work to provide a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to achieve your goals. Whether you’re hoping to reduce anxiety, improve communication, understand patterns in relationships, or gain clarity during a transition, I’m here to help you explore what matters most and build the tools that support your growth.

My background includes extensive training in psychotherapy across multiple modalities, and I’m committed to ongoing learning to best serve each client. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward greater balance, confidence, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from several modalities, including evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. I develop treatment plans that are adaptable, supportive, and designed specifically for your individual goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you feel truly heard. My focus is on understanding your story and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly. Together, we’ll begin setting initial goals and exploring what support might be most helpful for you. Many clients leave their first session with a clearer sense of direction and a renewed sense of hope about their path forward.
