Great to meet you!

Welcome—taking that first step to begin therapy can feel daunting, and my primary goal is to make your transition into care as seamless, comfortable, and reassuring as possible. As an LCSW, with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and families, I offer a warm, grounded space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I've spent my career focused on helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges, including PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, and deep-seated interpersonal struggles.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique story. Together, we will work through experiences and daily stressors at a pace that feels comfortable, equipping you with meaningful tools to heal, and step into a more fulfilling, connected life.

What you can expect from me

Your introductory session is all about understanding what brings you here and establishing where you want to go. I know how exhausting it can be to repeat your story over and over to different providers, so my priority is to create an environment that feels open, safe, and genuinely encouraging right from the start. Together, we will identify your specific goals for treatment so that our work stays focused on what matters most to you. From there, our ongoing sessions will be a collaborative space where we process challenging experiences, build practical tools, and steadily work toward achieving those goals so you can live a more fulfilling life.
