Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual therapist who can support you through depression, anxiety, trauma, cultural challenges, and life transitions. I have a strong focus on immigration and cultural identity, and I’m especially passionate about supporting clients who are balancing multiple worlds or expectations.

As a first-generation Latina with family across multiple countries and cultures, I understand how deeply identity, values, and lived experiences shape why we move through life. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and make choices that feel aligned and meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping you create real change. I use a mix of solution-focused, trauma-informed, and narrative therapy, along with a systems perspective to understand the bigger picture of your life.

Together, we focus on building concrete strategies to regulate both your mind and body, strengthen coping skills, and shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering, while also helping you move forward with clarity and intention.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your story, and what’s been weighing on you. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, your current challenges, and what you’d like to feel different moving forward.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly in either English or Spanish. We’ll begin identifying immediate tools to help you feel more grounded, while also mapping out a direction for our work together.

My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and more hopeful about what’s possible.
