Great to meet you!

"Life can feel overwhelming when you’ve been carrying pain, anxiety, trauma, or difficult relationships for too long. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal. Together, we work to reduce emotional distress, build healthier coping skills, and restore a sense of confidence and balance.”

Hello/Hola, my name is Andrea M. Morris, and I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist with 28 years of experience supporting adults and couples as they navigate challenges and work toward more fulfilling, meaningful lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is systemic, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, relationships, and personal history play a vital role in shaping current patterns and concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to explore these dynamics, fostering insight, resilience, and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse settings and with a wide range of clients with diverse trauma experiences. My work is grounded in empowerment—helping clients build on their strengths, regain a sense of control, and move toward a life that feels successful and authentic to them.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to provide a non-judgmental environment where you feel respected and empowered. The first session is as much about you getting to know me as it is about me getting to know you.
